1. - WCB Imports

WCB Imports was established in 1999 to supply the South African and African market with live fish. WCB imports from fish supplier’s world-wide transhipping to the trade. We have 3 to 6 weekly shipments from around the world. Transhipping to all destinations in South Africa. We supply Marine Fish and Marine Inverts, Tropical fish, Exotic fish, Tropical Inverts, Coldwater fish, Fancy Goldfish, Koi and Aquatic Plants. Our passion for aquatic life drives our business and commitment to being the best we can!

2. - WCB Fishroom

This is a subsidiary of WCB Imports and a partner Company of WCB International Japan.

WCB Fish Room was established in 2015 in Centurion. In 2019 we expanded to our new quarantine facility in Midrand, South Africa. It started as a family business and we saw the need to reach more Pet Stores around South Africa by supplying a large exciting range of fish and inverts. Distribution of healthy quarantined fish to the pet trade, also to export from our quarantine facility worldwide. WCB with a newly formed team opened a facility housing close to 1200 fish tanks and 32 Coldwater goldfish and koi ponds. One of the leading aquatic facilities in the southern hemisphere. We are a very ambitious service-oriented team always looking to serve. Always looking to find new ways to grow the hobby and trade. We supply anything that swims!

3. - WCB International

WCB International is a subsidiary of WCB Imports and our latest adventure and achievement! Established in 2019 WCB International pride themselves in selecting the best Nigishikoi for their customer base. Started in South Africa by the Segal family who travels twice yearly to Japan to hand select the best koi from all breeders around Japan, building relationships, friendships and a sustainable business for the past 11 years. Our CEO Michael Segal has over 33 years’ experience in the koi industry and has an eye for selecting only the best for his clients. Selecting from commercial grade to the highest Quality koi. Also choosing many show winning koi for customers. In 2019 WCB Imports opened a branch in Japan with the aim to distribute koi internationally by supplying Koi Farms, Pet shops and Aquatic Centres around the world. We pride ourselves in suppling koi from commercial grade to higher grade koi dependant on each customer needs. Koi are family you can pick, they reward you with love, colour and friendship. We love koi and the culture they derive from.
